The Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes is supporting the MONARQ project that has received funding under the Amorçage Europe program. MONARQ aims at constituting a doctoral network within the European program Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions with the objective to provide an excellent interdisciplinary, cross-sectoral and multi-site doctoral training dedicated to advanced metal-organic materials with a wide range of physical properties for information storage. Although mainly fundamental in nature, the project will explore potential applications in the field of anti-counterfeiting markers. The MONARQ project brings together 9 internationally renowned university beneficiaries from across Europe and Turkey which are developing complementary research related to metal-organic materials, including 5 partners from the Arqus European University Alliance, and 5 industrial partners, thus guaranteeing cross-sectoral training.
